Oceanus is the titan of water. He allied with the gods, but was betrayed by Zeus at the end of the Titan war. His soul was split into three parts; Axios, Arnos, and Agon each received a part.
Once Agon steps onto the Crasis, the party realizes that Oceanus cannot be fully revived, as Agon is now part of Typhon. They end up reviving Oceanus, but at 2/3 of his full potential.
Oceanus then rises from the seas and strikes Typhon down, only to collapse without the needed parts of his soul.
